Resolve Reactive Orders Faster with Facilio's Connected CMMS

Facilio's connected CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) offers a streamlined solution for resolving reactive orders efficiently. With the help of Facilio's mobile app, technicians can easily manage and track work orders assigned to them. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to resolve reactive orders faster using Facilio's connected CMMS:

View Assigned Work Orders: Technicians can access the Facilio mobile app to view all the work orders assigned to them. This provides them with a clear overview of the tasks they need to complete.
Verify Assets and Access Information: For work orders related to a specific asset, technicians can verify the asset and access relevant information by scanning the associated QR code on the asset. This ensures that they have all the necessary details to carry out the work effectively.
Request Inventory: While working on a task, technicians may require additional tools or items from the storeroom. They can easily request inventory through the mobile app, which will be tracked within the work order for optimized visibility.
Pause Work Order: If a technician encounters a roadblock, such as the non-availability of a critical tool or restricted access to the site, they can pause the work order until the situation is resolved. They can also mark the reasons for pausing work and add a comment to notify the relevant stakeholder for expedited resolution.
Resume Work: Once the issue causing the pause is resolved, technicians can resume the work order and continue with the task at hand.
Resolve Work Order: After completing the work, technicians can mark the work order as resolved. This triggers a notification to the tenant, who will then review the work.
Reopen Work Order (if necessary): If the tenant is unsatisfied with the work, they have the option to reopen the work order. Reopened work orders will be assigned to another technician for resolution.
Provide Feedback: If the tenant finds the work satisfactory, they can resolve the work order and provide feedback. This helps in maintaining a record of customer satisfaction and improving service quality.
Close Work Order: Once the work order is resolved and the tenant is satisfied, it is marked as closed. Both the tenant and the technician receive notifications regarding the closure.
